From Trapped CEO to Freedom Architect

I built my first seven-figure business and nearly destroyed myself in the process. That breakdown became my breakthrough and the foundation for a proven business coaching methodology that's freed 350+ CEOs from operational prison.

I was successful on paper. Multiple businesses, industry recognition, rapid growth. But I was drowning.


Every vacation interrupted. Every strategic initiative delayed because I was the bottleneck. My team waiting for my approval on decisions they should own. The realization that I'd built a business that ran me instead of giving me freedom. Selling wasn't the answer. Burning out wasn't an option. "Trying harder" was killing me.


That's when I made a decision: I would systematically deconstruct what keeps CEOs trapped and build a methodology to free them.
